Coventry
Coventry
Yesterday we went to Coventry by train. We saw a lot of things, for example the ancient Cathedral and the new one, the new Cathedral is very big. It was very hot! My favourite part of the day was when we were in the church, the funniest moment of the day was when we were on the train. It was a very good day!!

Wonderful Weekend
Wonderful weekend
I think that this weekend has been the best of my stay in England.
On Saturday, we went to Alton Towers and it was really fantastic. In spite of the bad weather (sometimes it was raining an other times it was cloudy) we enjoyed it a lot because we could ride all the main attractions.
On Sunday we met in the town centre to have lunch (the whole group of friends together) and after eating, we went to play soccer. We formed two teams; one was made up from people who came from the north of Spain and the other represented the south of Spain. The north of Spain won.
In conclusion, I think that this weekend was wonderful and I hope that the next will be as funny.

My experience in Stratford
My experience in Stratford
Before this trip to Stratford I knew about it because Shakespeare was born there. I knew about it from my friends because they told me about it too. But after my trip I knew more things about Stratford.
We went by train and it took about fifty minutes. When we arrived, Jose Antonio, the leader, explained to us all about Stratford. Then I went with my friends to see Shakespeare's house but we didn't go in. After that, we went shopping and we bought a lot of things for our family. Finally we walked in the principal street for twenty minutes. It was an unforgettable experience.

London
London is a city with many things to see and we did not have enough time in order to see everything in one day.
The bus that we went on took us to the main places and we could stop at the tower of London and at London Bridge, we visited it outside.
The bus sttoped and we sorted ourselves into groups, my friends and I decided to go to the British Museum.
We took the underground from Piccadilly Circus with the leader and once we arrived outside the museum, the leader left us alone to go inside with my friends.
In the museum we saw:
- The Roseta stone
- The antique Egypt
- Some of Mezopotamia
- The ancient Grecian and Roman
- And the Egypt's mumies
But these were only some of the things that we saw.

The best experience so far has been the football game that we played yesterday. We talked about it all day, we agreed on what time, and after going skating we bought a cheap ball for 3 pounds. We were a bit concerned about the weather, but finally we had a sunny day and we could play in perfect conditions. We divided the teams into north-Spain and south-Spain. I was in the south team with other Spanish friends like Pablo, Miguel, Manolo ... We played for around one hour and a half, and finished quite exhausted. We are trying to organise another match, with as many people as possible, because yesterday some friends couldn't come and didn't enjoy the time. When we finished the great match we all got a bus back home. Manolo and Raul, who live quiet near me, went back home with me. When I arrived I told everything about the match to my host family, and they were very happy. I have to say that the score was 10-11, the south team won!

TRIP TO OXFORD
TRIP TO OXFORD
My favourite experience of this week was in Oxford. We went to Oxford last Wednesday with all the group and we visited it in the afternoon. My friends and I went for a walk in Oxford's centre and we bought a lot of presents for our parents. I bought one jumper and some food there.
We also saw the best colleges of England in Oxford and the teacher explained that Harry Potter's film was filmed there. We entered some boutiques and we saw a lot of typical souvenirs and English flags as well. The weather was terrible, it was raining all the time and everybody has taken an umbrella.
I really enjoyed that city because the streets are made of stones and they seem rural. I liked it very much.
